Fundraising and Volunteer Support are two important ways you can make a difference for the thousands of troubled kids and familes served by ChildNet each year. Without private contributions, both large and small, ChildNet will not have the resources to continue offering the quality programs available today. ChildNet has a tradition of volunteer and community participation beginning with its founders, civic leaders who dedicated themselves to make a difference.

ChildNet seeks revenue support to cover operating expenses and provide for the needs of its four principal service programs:

In order to achieve our goals, we offer several fundraising opportunities:

The ChildNet Youth and Family Fund
(ChildNet Fund) supports the mission of ChildNet through the contributions of friends and partners, individuals, foundations, grant-making organizations and corporations; and, from proceeds raised at Fundraising Events. The ChildNet Fund will cover a range of ChildNet’s needs including but not limited to program and operations expenses but, most significantly, will address shortfalls now being experienced at Zinsmeyer and Vista Ridge Academies. Support for the ChildNet Youth and Family Fund can be made through gifts or pledges of unrestricted cash or appreciated securities, and may be designated to provide for one of our “Continuum of Care” service programs.

    Leadership Gift Opportunities

ChildNet Foundation seeks support from individuals and corporations for specific projects that directly benefit our Family Support services and our Special Education programs offered through the ChildNet Continuum of Care. Leadership Gift opportunities range from $25,000 to $1 million and can be paid over several years. Projects supported by these gifts will be named for the donor or other person they designate.

    Gift and Estate Planning

For many donors, an outright gift is not the best means of achieving their philanthropic or estate planning goals. Carefully planned gifts can offer significant estate tax and income benefits, while at the same time allowing donors to make larger gifts to an organization than would otherwise be possible.
